Tombstone of priest Bruno, late 12th century
The two-story, three-winged construction surrounds the main apse of the Cathedral. The interior court of the cloister has been serving as the burial ground for the Cathedral´s chapter for centuries.

In 1321 St.Ann´s chapel was built on the court´s center for the annual commemorative ceremonies.

Numerous grave memorials were placed in the cloister, among which the oldest (next to the entrance of the northern wing) date back to early medieval times.

St.Laurent´s chapel directly connects to the southern wing of the cloister. It is a low, three-aisled, early 12th century building.

The chapel serves as the Cathedral´s sacristy and is closed for visitors.
